The Cape Coral Community Redevelopment Agency welcomes people of all ages to live, shop, work, dine and be entertained.
Our mission is to facilitate the emergence of a vibrant and sustainable urban village where everyone who lives or visits here is welcome and feels at home.
The Cape Coral Community Redevelopment Agency is a special dependent district of the City of Cape Coral. Funding for our programs come from a portion of the ad valorem taxes paid by the property owners within the district. We receive both city and county tax revenue. Currently we are engaged with programs to assist our existing businesses,
incentivize new business with rental assistance, working with developers, bringing higher education and business education programs to South Cape, infrastructure improvements, undergrounding electric lines and purchase and rehabilitation of the former Golf Course.
